Jean-Jacques Herve has been working in agricultural sector since 1974 and currently holds a position of Counsellor to the Board for Agriculture at Credit Agricole Bank, Ukraine. In Ukraine he started his career as a Counselor for agriculture in the Ukrainian government.
Prior to moving to Ukraine Jean-Jacques served as a civil servant in the Cabinet of the Minister of Agriculture of France, was a Head of the National University for the preparation of high-level specialists in agronomy in Dijon , was an Adviser on agriculture and economic mission at French Embassy in Moscow.
Jean-Jacques Herve is an academician of Agrarian Sciences of France, Russia and Ukraine.

Professional experience: professor of Kyiv School of Economics, managing partner of “Neobkhidno i dostatnio” company. Key focus of Mr. Gvozdiov’s work is related to implementation of supply chain management based on the Theory of Constraints and lean manufacturing. Among Mr. Gvozdiov’s clients there are companies like Kraft Foods Ukraine, Nestle, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Volksbank, Luxoft, MHP, DTEK, Zaporizhzhya Transformer Plant, IDS, Fast Food Systems, Law firm Vasyl Kisil and Partners, Ferrexpo and other.
Education: Serhiy Gvozdiov – graduate of National University “Lviv Politechnic”, where he received Ph.D. degree. Mr.Gvozdiov also is alumnus of Lviv Institute of Management, IESE (Barcelona, Spain), OWZ Consulting Centre (Germany) and Business School of Wayne State University (Detroit, USA).

Professional experience: Assistant professor of Kyiv School of Economics. Mr. Obrizan teaches at the KSE MBA program and Master’s programs of the school. Mr. Obrizan has authored numerous academic publications in both national and foreign editions, which are related to his scientific interests focused on Applied Health Economics and Macroeconomics. Maksym is also teaching at the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany) and State Univesity of Tbilisi (Georgia).
Education: Maksym Obrizan received Ph.D. at University of Iowa (US). Mr. Obrizan is also a graduate of Economics Education and Research Consortium (EERC).
Professional experience: visiting professor of Kyiv School of Economics, Emeritus Professor of Operations and Technology Management at London Business School. Mr. Nicholson used to be a consultant to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, director of Lean Consultancy. Alastair Nicholson is a consultant specializing in managing business operations: mergers, new product development, core process identification, strategic initiative. He also has experience of business development in Poland and Russia.
Education: Mr. Nicholson received BSc Ph.D. at London University and also has qualification Six Sigma Black Belt.
Professional experience: adjunct professor of Kyiv School of Economics. Mr. Vershebenyuk teaches at the KSE MBA program. He is also a visiting instructor at Higher School of Economics. Arkadiy Vershebenyuk held senior leadership positions in such companies as Uber Ukraine (General Director), Colliers International (Managing director and investment consultant). Mr. Vershebenyuk also worked as a consultant of Egon Zehnder, is a founder of AV Translations company and also a member of Supervisory council of ICU alumni.
Education: Arkadiy Vershebenyuk received MBA education at INSEAD and BBA degree at International Christian University.
Professional experience: adjunct professor of Kyiv School of Economics. Mr. Sawchuk teaches at the MBA program of Kyiv School of Economics. He serves as a General Manager of L’Oreal Ukraine. Mr. Sawchuk also has experience working on various marketing positions and with brand management in Montreal, Paris and Kyiv.
Education: Mark Sawchuk received Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with honors at Lakehead University (Canada). Mr. Sawchuk is also a graduate of Ecole de Management Business School (France) and School of Management of Cranfield University (Great Britain).
Professional experience: adjunct professor of Kyiv School of Economics. Mr. Tofan teaches at the KSE MBA program. Vasile Tofan serves as a partner of Horizon Capital, he has 10 years of management and consulting experience in the FMCG, healthcare and tech sectors. Mr. Tofan worked extensively across emerging markets, including Russia, Romania, Slovakia and Nigeria.
Education: Vasile Tofan received MBA degree at Harvard Business School (US). Mr. Tofan is also a graduate of Erasmus University (Netherlands) with BA and MA in Public Administration.
Professional experience: adjunct professor of Kyiv School of Economics. Mr. Bentz teaches at the KSE MBA program. He serves as Business Intelligence Director at Imperial Tobacco and Consumer Marketing Director at Beiersdorf. Having worked for more than 15 years at many different levels in global organizations, Mr. Bentz developed and implemented effective local strategies for FMCG companies in Ukraine, Russia, Germany and Chile.
Education: Joachim Bentz received Bachelor’s degree at Wirschaftsakademie (Germany). He is also a graduate of General Management Program of Harvard Business School.

Professional experience: Head of the KSE Management Education Department and director of KSE MBA, is a corporate finance specialist with more than 25 years of professional experience in financial advisory and management consulting services. In addition to KSE Mr. Kompan teaches Finance and Strategic Planning at the MBA Program in the Edinburgh Business School Eastern Europe. Prior to KSE, Mr. Kompan had held top management positions with leading Ukrainian and international financial institutions, in particular Deloitte (Partner in charge of Financial Advisory Services); Wood & Company (Country Manager), Creditanstalt Austria Investment Bank (Executive Director), etc.
Education: Mr. Kompan is a graduate of Mathematics dpt. of the Kyiv State University and holds Ph.D. degree. During his academic career Mr. Kompan has carried research in the field of econometrics in University of Paris I – Sorbonne, Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna and Centre for Economic Research and Graduate Education at Charles University in Prague.

Professional experience: Project management consultant in the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and several commercial organizations. Mr. Potapov teaches Project Management, Change Management and Digital Transformation at Kyiv School of Economics, Project Management at Lviv Business School and at the School of Management of Ukrainian Catholic University and also Program and Portfolio Management in the Edinburgh Business School Eastern Europe. Mr. Potapov has over 15 years of experience, five of which in projects connected with organizational development.
Education: Mr. Potapov is a graduate of National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv politechnical institute of Igor Sikorskyi” and Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Prior to starting teaching, Andriy Drobot worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Before joining Roland Berger Andrii Drobot made a career from researcher to partner at Brain Source International and spent several years in investment banking sphere. Currently, Mr. Drobot works as CFO at IT-company and is a partner at private management consulting practice.
Education: Andrii Drobot received Honorary Doctor of Business Administration and Honors MBA degree from Wisconsin International University (US), and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from International Christian University (Kyiv-Vienna).

Professional experience: adjunct professor of Kyiv Shool of Economics. Ms. Leukhina teaches at the KSE MBA program. Anastasiya Leukhina has 19 years of experience with projects in education, business, public sector and government. She is teaching at numerous Ukrainian business schools. Ms. Leukhina is a member of Advisory Council reforming the Interior Ministry, she is also advisor of the US Department of Justice, head of Attestation Commission of the National Police of Ukraine and analyst of Ukraine monitor of reforms of the International Carnegie Europe. Anastasiya Leukhina has developed negotiation and conflict resolution training programs for Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation, Mediation Center at Carleton University and University of Notre Dame.
